Tonight's episodes is mixed with good health, family fun, laughter, love, and music. You will see myself and Melinda approach healthy eating whole heartedly as we try better our health so that we can convince the family to join in. We meet with Chef Darrell and personal trainer, Carlos because I have to find a way to balance diet/exercise to get my high blood pressure scare under control. We also continue recording as Jazzy, who is much like a brother, try to convince me of a song I'm not sold on. But after life's frustrations family centers it all!! So the kids, Rocko, his family and myself enjoy the fun of Dixieland....DON'T MISS IT......MONCA: STILL STANDING!!

This is fabulousI am excited about this episode. However, you have a Personal Trainer and Chef but you are missing a major link on your journey to Healthy Eating. Your Primary Physician should refer you to a Registered Dietitian or even a Liscensed Dietitian you can find one by visiting www.eatright .org as your dietitian can review lab results, skin impairment, height/weight etc and information provided by you and your doctor to determine what plan is right for you regarding your caloric, protein, and fat needs. The Dietitians plan is then provided to your Personal Trainer and Chef. Legally your Chef should only provide you with "Low Sodium" meals based on your prefrences and your Personal Trainer should only provide you with an excercise plan ONLY unless they are registered with the American Dietetic Association.
