So the reason we are writing you is on behalf of our best friend Atarah Julia Ajonette McCrae. She is amazing and we mean it. Atarah has been through alot in her 22 years. Her ex boyfriend tried to ruin her life and he almost succeeded at killing her. We see girls on TV all the time talking about domestic violence but we dealt with it! We always hear about how you hear heartfelt stories and how they inspire you but what about Atarah, we had to watch out best friend not be able to walk and have go from 150 pound to 100 pounds. Atarah has took her story of domestic violence and inspired young people to leave domestic violence situations. She has took a tragic situation and made something postiive come out of it. Atarah is the most giving person she has a group of kids at her parents school that she mentors on a regular basis. We cant think of anyone else to do something nice for but her! So this is what we are asking can you help us give her a 22nd birthday she will remember! Her 21nd birthday was not that good so we want to ask your help to give her a great 22nd.
