Hi Mo, I can' t even express how proud i am of you. You don't know me, but i've watched you grow and become a phenomenal WOMAN! I usually don't have or take the time to blog, however I found myself becoming very emotional when i saw you suffering from hypertension. Monica if not for yourself, please take care of yourself for your family. I know it would kill them and all of your fans if something happens to you. I know you can do it. My man was on medication for Hypertension when i met him. He is off of the meds now, because i helped him track his sodium and we worked out @ home w/a dvd tape, I guess it helps that i'm a good cook and i don't like eating out, so we know what were getting. I have you and your familiy in my prayers. Keep doing it BIG! you're the best!
