Why am I a fan?? The question is how can I not be a fan?? Monica is the only r&b singer today that is real. When you hear her voice, you hear experience and pain that you cannot find anywhere else. No matter what Monica song you play, you can guarantee that its going to be authentic. You can be certain that she’s gone through whatever the situation is just from the element in her singing.

What’s also incredible is that she sings to express, not to impress. Even though she loves her fans, she sings to alleviate the sorrow in heart. Her cd is her diary and the only standard she strives to meet is the one that her heart and hears deliver. Unlike most artists who release cd’s to sell records, she releases them just so people know what she’s been going through and so that her fans will hear her voice on the radio and automatically be able to relate.

I also love Mo because she is beautiful on the inside and out. Her physical appearance is so natural and yet so beautiful. She has that rare versatile look that I have yet to see anywhere else. She can walk the ATL streets during the day and that same night, she can walk the red carpet of the Grammy’s and still look phenomenal.
